Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of AILotto ("we", "Company"), an AI-assisted lottery number analysis service ("Service"), including rights and obligations between you and the Company.

2. Definitions

1. "Service" means AI-based lottery analysis, recommendations, statistics, and related features we provide.
2. "User" means anyone who uses the Service, whether registered or not.
3. "Member" means a User who creates an account.
4. "Credits" means virtual units required to run AI analyses within the Service.

3. Effect and changes

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to Users.
2. We may revise these Terms without violating applicable law. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before they take effect.
3. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

4. Service

1. We provide, among others:
   • AI lottery number analysis and recommendations
   • Historical Korea Lotto 6/45 draw results and statistics
   • AI Arena model performance comparison
   • Optional dream interpretation, birth-chart, and custom combo analyses
2. The Service is intended to be available 24/7 but may be interrupted for maintenance or force majeure.
3. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. We do not sell official lottery tickets; outputs are for reference only.

5. Accounts

1. You may register via supported social login (e.g. Google, Kakao, Naver).
2. You must be at least 19 years old (Korean lottery purchase age) to use the Service.
3. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and must not transfer or share it.
4. You may delete your account from My Page or by emailing [email protected]; we process deletion promptly. Active subscriptions may need to be settled first.

6. Fees and payment

1. Core features may be free; premium features require a paid subscription or credit purchase.
2. Prices and billing intervals are shown on the Pricing page.
3. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record by card. Billing inquiries may follow Lemon Squeezy policies.
4. Charges may be processed in USD with FX or international fees applied by your card issuer. The amount on your statement may differ from the price shown.
5. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

7. Cooling-off and refunds

1. You may request a full refund within 7 days of a subscription charge under applicable Korean consumer regulations. If credits were already used, the used portion may be deducted.
2. After 7 days, annual subscriptions may qualify for a pro-rata refund of the unused term. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
3. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days.
4. Granted credits may be revoked on refund. Promotional or free credits are not refundable.
5. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately after payment, cooling-off may be limited once credits are charged or used, as disclosed on the Pricing page before checkout.

8. User obligations

1. You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
2. You must not:
   • Impersonate others or misuse their data
   • Commercially exploit Service output without permission
   • Disrupt or attack the Service
   • Infringe our or third-party intellectual property

9. Disclaimers

1. AI lottery analysis and picks are reference information only; we do not guarantee any win or prize.
2. You use results at your own risk. We are not liable for financial loss from lottery purchases.
3. We are not liable for outages caused by events beyond reasonable control.
4. Lottery is a game of chance. Play responsibly.

10. Disputes and governing law

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
3. Payment-related inquiries may also be handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record according to their policies. Service and refund policy inquiries: [email protected] or /company.
4. Consumers may contact the Korea Consumer Agency (1372) or other dispute resolution bodies.
